Mysore Palace One of the most magnificent buildings located in the heart of the city is the Mysore Palace. Spacious halls called Mantaps can be seen in the Palace. Paintings and architectural beauty decorate the halls. The palace is a fantabulous assemblage of Indo-Saracen architecture. The palace shows that a royal structure existed during the period of Yaduraya and Krishnaraya when they came to Mysore in 1399 AD.
A 400 acre private coffee and spice plantation, nestled within the remote and lush rainforest of Wayanad, is in the north part of Kerala. Tranquil resort with just 8 rooms and 2 luxury Tree Houses is a home stay experience like none other. The Suite Set close to the swimming pool, the Suite is tucked away below the Deluxe room. The Suite offers both space and privacy with the added luxury of a private garden offering the perfect hideaway. The plantation originated in the late 1800's and has changed hands over the years. It is still very much a working plantation, Coffee being the main crop, inter planted with pepper, cardamom and areca nut.
Do your daily laps in our outdoor pool or relax in the Jacuzzi adjacent to it. The "Machaan" or Tree deck overlooking the pool is ideal to do your yoga and meditate, or for that afternoon siesta. One can relax in the hammocks below the "Machaan" area.

Choose from 12 routes, spanning the 400 acre plantation ranging from the "Braveheart" to the "Teaser" walk which are well marked out and sign posted along the route. Guests are provided with maps of the walks. We advise guests to bring proper footwear to enjoy the walks.
Tranquil is a bird watcher's paradise - around 115 odd species of birds on the plantation have been identified.
The Eddakal Caves, dating back to the Neolithic period - 3000 BC - are only a 10 minutes drive away - the half hour walk uphill to the caves is a great trek, and the ancient rock etchings make the walk worthwhile.
Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary
A half hour drive will take you to Muthanga Game Sanctuary where you could spot Elephant, Leopard, Bison, Bear, Sambhar, Wild Dog, Deer, Peacock and even the elusive Tiger.
A 9th century Jain Temple in Sultans Battery, presently under the Archeological Survey of India, is a heritage site. It is built in the Vijayanagara architectural style, and was used by Tippu Sultan as his Battery, and hence the town derived its name.
Soochipara Falls is a three-tiered waterfall located 20 km from Kalpetta in Wayanad district in Kerala, India. Its height is 200 metres (656 feet).
